RETURN POLICY FOR WEBTECH

 
  1. Wrong or Damaged Product:
  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you can return it at no cost to you. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
  1. Warranty:
  • Warranty terms for products are as per the principal company.
  • Physical damages and burnt products are not covered under warranty.
  • To claim warranty, please send the product to our service center at 202 VISHAL BHAWAN SECOND FLOOR, 95 NEHRU PLACE NEW DELHI, SOUTH, DELHI, Delhi 110019 at your own cost. Once repaired, the product will be shipped back to you free of charge.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories.
  • Shipping charges for returns (except for wrong or damaged products) will be borne by the customer.
  1. Refund:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
